Job Summary:
Join our team as a Technical Program Manager, where you'll lead the charge in implementing AI technologies across our client's organization. Your role will be pivotal in strategizing, deploying, and managing AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise to enhance business operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI tool deployments, from planning to execution.
- Develop and implement rollout strategies, including pilot programs and phased scaling.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
- Manage logistics for license provisioning and technical deployments.
- Establish governance frameworks and compliance protocols for AI usage.
Skills Required:
- 10+ years in program management, particularly with large-scale tech initiatives.
- Experience deploying AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and change management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently in dynamic environments while maintaining strategic focus.
