Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the delivery of complex technical projects from conception to successful completion. Our team values exceptional program management expertise and a commitment to advancing agile methodologies within large-scale technology environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic technical projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate risk management, cross-team collaboration, and ongoing improvements to project management processes and tools.
- Oversee project quality standards, vendor selection, and quarterly strategic planning, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in program and project management, successfully delivering large-scale technical projects, including software implementations and supply chain distribution application implementations.
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet; strong advocate for agile principles and continuous integration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and aligning multiple agile teams toward shared strategic goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in PLM systems, resource coordination, project forecasting, risk mitigation, and effective status reporting to diverse stakeholder audiences.
