Job Title: Technical Specialist/Scientist 1
Location: Rosemead, CA (Hybrid)
Job Description:
- We are seeking a Technical Specialist/Scientist 1 with a broad knowledge in their field, typically obtained through extensive training and work experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain organized records of documents, including correspondence, contracts, technical documents, manuals, and other official paperwork.
- Convert physical contracts to digital format and verify the clarity and accuracy of scanned files.
- Upload contracts to our client’s document management system, following naming conventions.
- Ensure data security and handle sensitive documents with discretion.
- Troubleshoot scanning and uploading issues.
Skills Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in document control or a related administrative role.
- Experience with document management systems and software tools.
