Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments and job/task analyses to identify training requirements.
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning courses.
- Translate complex technical information into accessible training content for diverse audiences.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular project status updates.
- Facilitate focus groups and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with training objectives.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, business, or related field.
- At least five years of experience in designing and developing technical course materials.
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and eLearning software like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
