Job Title: Transition Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our client’s Global Technology Management Office to implement change management plans and strategies.
- Work closely with program teams, project managers, product managers, and scrum leads to manage dependencies and constraints.
- Assess stakeholder readiness for change and build a compelling business case for the change.
- Develop and activate training plans and materials to generate momentum, raise awareness, and minimize business disruption.
- Create communication plans for specific initiatives to engage stakeholders, drive awareness, adoption, and minimize disruption.
- Adapt plans and priorities to address changes from leadership, operational challenges, and technology priorities.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in managing change management activities.
- Ability to work with various levels of stakeholders, sponsors, and teams.
- Familiarity with SCRUM and SCRUM processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively update stakeholders on status.
- Ability to make decisions and actions that positively impact our client’s image and culture.
- Ability to adapt plans and priorities to address changes from leadership, operational challenges, and technology priorities.
