Job Title: User Experience Designer
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver digital experiences at enterprise scale across desktop, mobile, and app platforms, continuously enhancing usability and effectiveness.
- Conceptualize, iterate, and produce user-centered interfaces through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups; validate solutions via usability testing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into clear design specifications for development and execution.
- Champion strategic user experience decisions based on business objectives, user insights, and continuous feedback to ensure cohesive and accessible solutions.
Required:
- 1-5 years experience in a user experience designer role with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work across digital products and platforms.
- Proven background in user experience, customer experience, user interface, visual design, and creative problem-solving for digital environments.
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, user research, and proficiency with Figma.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end user experience across web, mobile app, and multi-channel environments, including digital accessibility principles.
