Job Title: Warehouse Technician
Location: Houston, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized professional to play a crucial role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations for our team. Our focus is on receiving, shipping, and inventory management, supporting efficient order processing and compliance within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect all incoming shipments, document visible damage, and ensure materials are properly stored and delivered to designated locations.
- Ship products, supplier or customer returns, and other material releases in compliance with all U.S. and foreign requirements while preparing and packaging materials appropriately.
- Maintain warehouse inventory, labels, and cleanliness, support inventory counts and order packaging supplies as required.
- Prepare documentation for shipments, input data into business systems, and assist in assembly, calibrations, and customer communication as assigned.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) required.
- At least twelve months of experience in receiving, shipping, or store operations.
- Basic electrical knowledge (ability to read AC & DC voltage, resistance, 4-20mA) and exposure to computer ERP business systems; Microsoft Great Plains experience is a plus.
- OSHA-eligible for forklift operation and the ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, squatting, and bending.
