Job Title: Workforce Software Consultant
Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Work remotely with occasional travel for project workshops or stakeholder meetings, accounting for around 30%-40% of your time, depending on project phases.
- Collaborate with our client’s team to develop and implement workforce software solutions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on software utilization to enhance workforce efficiency.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented software solutions.
- Continually update knowledge on new software and technology trends to provide innovative solutions.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Software Consultant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of workforce software and technology trends.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for project workshops or stakeholder meetings.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules.
