At SSi People, we work with some of the country’s most successful companies. And our success lies in…you probably guessed it by our name…our people. When our company was founded back in 1998, our CEO was working in IT and wasn’t happy with how he was treated by recruiters and staffing firms.
So he started his own. Pledging to put people first. Over 20 years later, that simple rule drives our entire team, every day. When you join our team, your questions, suggestions and your work all matter. YOU matter.

SSi People is a staffing & recruiting firm that places talented professionals from across the country in
contract roles with some of our nation’s most respected and innovative companies.
Although we place candidates in a wide range of roles, we tend to fill many roles in these specialties and industries:
- IT
- Engineering
- Clinical (particularly nurses)
- Pharma
- And a wide variety of professional roles
Our team is spread across the globe, with our headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA, and offices in New Jersey and across India. We also have remote team members across the U.S.
While we all specialize in different things, from recruiting and account management to sales, marketing and leadership, we work together to deliver on our values and mission.
