Job Title: Senior Engineer V
Location: Pomona, CA(Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead civil engineering projects from scoping to construction, ensuring technical excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive project success.
- Conduct site visits and provide engineering support for Transmission, Substation, and Distribution facilities.
- Oversee contractors, manage project scopes, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Secure necessary permits and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Promote a safety-first culture in all engineering designs and on-site activities.
Skills Required:
- California PE license in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam.
- Prior experience with electrical utilities (substation and transmission) is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience providing construction field support and conducting/attending job walks.
- Experience in contractor oversight and quality assurance.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in civil land development.
