Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Overview:
- Join our client as a Manufacturing Engineer. This role is perfect for those passionate about process improvement and efficiency. You’ll be a key player in ensuring safety, quality, and integrity in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies.
- Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions.
- Lead and implement manufacturing plans and analyze design/build concepts.
- Conduct producibility and variation analyses to match manufacturing capabilities with requirements.
- Resolve technical issues impacting performance, cost, or schedule.
- Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
Essential Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
- Experience with electrical/mechanical manufacturing processes and assembly sequencing.
- Familiarity with manufacturing tools like PDM, CAPP, CMES, MESci, EPARTs, GOLDesp.
- 3+ years in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading or managing projects and/or teams.
- Project management experience.
