Job Title: Operations & Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:
- Join our team as an Operations & Maintenance Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping future Operations & Maintenance strategies for electric transmission projects across the U.S. Your expertise in electric transmission systems and leadership skills will drive asset integrity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance programs for transmission lines and substations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage Control Center Operations.
- Create asset lifecycle strategies to optimize performance and minimize costs.
- Build O&M plans aligning with corporate and regulatory objectives.
- Collaborate on competitive transmission proposals and assess maintenance impacts.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate solutions for cost and reliability.
Skills Required:
- 10+ years in electric transmission maintenance or asset management.
- Strong knowledge of NERC standards and utility regulations.
- Experience with competitive transmission proposals and O&M planning.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, matrixed team environment.
