Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a technical advocate, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with business goals.
- Engage in hands-on engineering, contributing to design, configuration, and code to enhance team velocity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions through rapid experimentation.
- Utilize an iterative approach to deliver lean, maintainable solutions amidst complexity and uncertainty.
- Integrate diverse perspectives to make informed decisions, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, adept at managing complex projects and changing priorities.
- 10+ years of experience with programming languages such as Angular, React, NodeJS, Python, and more.
- 5+ years of experience in architecting enterprise solutions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native engineering on platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Experience with AI/ML and GenAI technologies.
- Familiarity with methodologies and tools like XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, and more.
