Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
- Proficiency in Agile Delivery and Project Leadership.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop and execute project plans and timelines.
- Experience with digital tools for reporting and documentation.
