Job Title: User Experience (UX) Designer 5

Job Summary:
- Our client is seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer 5 to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of B2B eCommerce experiences, particularly for a clientele that includes athletes, thereby enhancing our client’s brand presence in the market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Craft exceptional eCommerce experiences for B2B customers, focusing on athletes and elevating our client’s brand.
- Develop high-level design visions and create a “north star” for the project.
- Utilize white space, typography, and UI/UX flow to solve complex design challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into innovative design solutions.
- Rapidly iterate and refine design concepts from initial brief to final delivery.
- Communicate design intentions effectively and inspire new approaches to design problems.
Skills Required:
- 4+ years of relevant experience with end-to-end digital product design with proven experience in visual and UX.
- Expertise in Figma and Principle for creating high-fidelity prototypes.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-level craft and innovative design solutions.
- Ability to pitch ideas, accept feedback, and work collaboratively.
- Experience with UI motion design using tools like After Effects.
- Familiarity with 3D and AR conceptualization and prototyping.
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree or any combination of education, training and experience in design, UX/UI design, human-computer interaction or a related field.
