Job Summary:
- Our client is seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems & Analytics 4 to join their esteemed organization. This role is pivotal in advancing the financial systems landscape, with a particular emphasis on the SAP S/4 Hana platform. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in collaborating with various departments to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance financial operations and drive efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement finance systems, focusing on SAP S/4 Hana.
- Collaborate with IT, accounting, finance, and manufacturing teams to design solutions.
- Lead system testing and validation to ensure successful implementation.
- Train and support end-users on finance systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation within accounting processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends to recommend system enhancements.
Skills Required:
- Strong finance background with the ability to communicate effectively in financial terms.
- Experience with SAP S/4 Hana.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to drive improvements.
- Knowledge of finance, cost, and financial accounting processes
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
