Job Title: Credit and Collections Analyst

Job Summary:
- Join our team as a Credit and Collections Analyst in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role involves managing credit and collections for our client’s portfolio, ensuring timely cash collection and resolving customer disputes. You’ll work both remotely and in-office, with a focus on maintaining positive customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee collection activities for assigned accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and adherence to best practices.
- Resolve payment issues by proactively identifying and addressing customer concerns.
- Analyze invoices to ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Handle cash applications and account adjustments as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone within 24 hours.
- Investigate and resolve disputes for Fortune 500 accounts efficiently.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in dispute resolution for large customer accounts.
- Proficient in billing and collections processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Experience and Education:
- 3-5 years of collections experience in an accounting environment.
- Experience with multi-company accounting software, Oracle preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience preferred.
