Job Summary:
Join our client’s team as a Staff Civil Designer, where you’ll engage in diverse civil engineering projects. You’ll be involved in planning, site evaluations, and creating detailed designs for various infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, enhancing your skills and expertise.
Job Responsibilities:
• Design and develop civil engineering projects, including site design, land development, and utility systems.
• Create detailed drawings and layouts, performing complex calculations and problem analysis.
• Implement design changes and updates on ongoing projects.
• Analyze topographical and geologic data to inform project planning and design.
• Ensure design compliance with relevant codes and specifications.
• Review and integrate project schedules and budgets into design layouts.
Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in drafting technology or related field, with relevant experience.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
• Strong understanding of civil design principles and systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-discipline project team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
