Job Title: Technician – Structures III – B

Job Summary:
Join our client's team as a Technician – Structures III – B, where you'll play a crucial role in the assembly and maintenance of large aerospace structures.
Job Responsibilities:
• Set up production areas with necessary tools and equipment for seamless workflow.
• Use precision tools like torque wrenches and micrometers to uphold safety and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to boost safety and productivity.
• Drill precision holes and install structural fasteners with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean workspace following 5S principles for safety and efficiency.
• Assist in preparing and testing payload systems and hardware, including assembly and installation.
Skills Required:
• 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing or related fields.
• Proficient with hand tools and drills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with precision calibration tools.
• Comfortable lifting 50lbs and working at heights or in confined spaces.
• Skilled in using adhesives, sealants, and thermal blankets.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Industry certification or trade school training.
• Knowledge of precision assembly processes.
• Strong technical and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
