Job Title: Credit Analyst II

Job Summary:
- Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Analyst II to join their esteemed team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial stability and growth of the organization by managing credit risk and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping credit policies and making strategic decisions that align with the company’s objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and recommend credit terms for agreements with counterparties.
- Issue letters of credit and guarantees following company guidelines.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners.
- Make informed decisions on credit limits and resolve complex credit issues.
- Mentor team members and produce regular credit activity reports.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting with at least 3 years of experience in an accounting/finance role.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a focus on safety.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
- In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including financial documents and ratio analysis.
- Experience in the oil and gas sector is a plus.
