Job Title: Fiber Engineer
Location: Irvine, CA – Remote
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the creation and coordination of Small Cell A&E drawings, ensuring timely project completion.
• Oversee the production and quality control of construction drawings, ensuring alignment with structural analysis and applications.
• Manage and verify zoning documentation and CAD site plans for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate project updates and potential issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely resolution.
• Coordinate utility and A&E site walk activities, and manage vendor requisitions and payments.
• Finalize project closeout tasks, including CRM updates and vendor invoice approvals.
Skills Required:
• 1-3 years of experience in A&E Drawing or Telecom construction.
• Proficiency in Small Cell Engineering and Build, with knowledge of Public ROW and GO95.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications project management and site acquisition procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand structural details.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Experience with construction services, including telco, power, and fiber.
Additional Information:
• This position requires occasional travel to Irvine, CA for team meetings.
• Driving is required for this role.
• Overtime is approved for this position.
