Job Title: Assistant Project Controls Specialist

Job Summary:
Join our team as an Assistant Project Controls Specialist, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting project management activities. You’ll be involved in cost control, schedule development, and progress measurement, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support project setup and data management using Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
• Assist in creating and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and scheduling reports.
• Help manage project change orders and cost reports.
• Contribute to the development of cash flows and forecasts for small projects.
• Coordinate project schedules and assist in resource loading.
• Perform quality checks and field audits to ensure accuracy in reporting.
Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA 10-hour safety certification is a plus.
• Willingness to accept field assignments.
