Job Title: Staff Project Controls Specialist
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Staff Project Controls Specialist, where you’ll lead project control processes to ensure timely and budget-friendly project execution. You’ll work closely with our client’s project management team to set up and manage projects using advanced planning software.
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze data and generate reports using project management software.
• Develop and maintain scheduling, cost, and cash flow reports for multiple projects.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction planning and cost control.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for the project team.
• Review and approve purchase orders and subcontracts for accuracy.
• Collaborate with project management and accounting to review costs and support audits.
Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain OSHA 10-hour safety certification.
