Job Title: Product Specialist III

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Product Specialist III, where you’ll drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency. You’ll play a key role in analyzing current business processes and developing innovative SharePoint solutions to meet organizational needs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assess and recommend improvements for existing practices and procedures.
• Develop and update processes to boost the effectiveness of DEI programs.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze accurate data and resources.
• Create and customize SharePoint sites, including layouts and content structures.
• Implement workflows to automate business processes within SharePoint.
• Design web parts to enhance SharePoint functionality and information display.
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong expertise in MS Excel and Visio.
• Experience with SharePoint applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics or process improvement.
