Job Title: Mobile Plumber
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Mobile Plumber, where you’ll manage and maintain water and sewer systems across various sites in Dallas, TX. This role involves both preventative and corrective maintenance, ensuring systems are in top condition. You’ll work independently, using your expertise to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain plumbing systems, performing both preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Conduct Backflow Certifications with available training reimbursement.
• Plan, install, test, and repair a variety of plumbing systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Collaborate with clients and staff to ensure safe and compliant project completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Skills Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and Plumbing Journeyman’s/State License.
• Backflow certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and local codes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to operate hand tools, work on ladders, and lift heavy loads.
