Job Title: Business Analyst II
Location: Syracuse, NY – Hybrid
Job Summary:
Join our client as a Business Analyst II and play a pivotal role in advancing their Electric Business Unit. You’ll support the development of the Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS), contributing to the energy transition and impacting the broader organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute assigned process improvement tasks
• Create and present performance meeting materials
• Assist in developing data visualizations to showcase performance
• Develop metrics to evaluate quality, time, and cost efficiency
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders across the business
Skills Required:
• Strong passion for data-driven business process improvements
• Proficient in Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with statistical analysis software like Minitab
• Familiarity with process mapping software
Desired Knowledge & Experience:
• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a fast-paced operations environment
