Job Title: Material Buyer Procurement / Planning Coordinator

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Material Buyer Procurement / Planning Coordinator, where you’ll play a crucial role in managing procurement processes and ensuring seamless material flow. Your expertise will drive cost efficiency and support project lifecycles, making a significant impact on our client’s operations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle quote requests and evaluate supplier proposals for optimal procurement.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions and orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct price reviews and maintain pricing accuracy, including managing Purchase Price Variance (PPV).
• Oversee prototype activities and facilitate communication between R&D and suppliers.
• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure compliance with cost and tariff regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support project lifecycle and material disposition.
Skills Required:
• 5+ years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Strong background in supplier management, cost analysis, and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in email management and maintaining timely communication.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
