Job Title: Lead Data Integration Engineer

Job Summary:
Join our client's Digital Platform Data Engineering Team as an Engineer III. This hands-on role involves designing scalable data solutions and leading a team to implement them. You'll play a key part in a major IT initiative, enhancing how employees serve customers and setting the stage for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop data integration pipelines across various platforms and legacy systems.
• Lead and supervise engineering teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Ensure solutions meet data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
• Maintain integration architecture principles for scalability and performance.
• Participate in design reviews and go-live preparation activities.
• Continuously seek process improvements in data management.
Skills Required:
• 7+ years in database development (Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Experience with ETL workflows using tools like Matillion, Informatica, or DataStage.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and cloud integration platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and data governance frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships.
