Job Title: Senior HR Systems Analyst
Location: Canonsburg, PA or Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Position Overview:
- Join our client’s team as a Senior HR Systems Analyst, where you’ll be instrumental in shaping their HR technology landscape. This role is perfect for those who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy problem-solving and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Dayforce, ensuring alignment with HR and payroll requirements.
- Manage data conversion, quality checks, and resolve data exceptions for employee records.
- Maintain and update HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and refine HR reports, translating data into actionable insights.
- Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system functionality and support HR operations.
Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and data management.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, especially Ceridian Dayforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate system capabilities into practical HR solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in dynamic, high-growth environments is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-6+ years of experience in HR systems support.
- Experience with HR data, reporting, and systems troubleshooting.
