Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the integration and evaluation of new technologies into our client’s systems.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards to align with compliance and corporate goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate communication during technology transitions.
• Partner with teams to create training plans and update operational manuals.
• Oversee post-deployment activities, including asset management and data integration.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide insights for strategic updates.
Skills Required:
• Expertise in transmission, distribution, and substation standards.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in engineering software like AutoCAD and SPIDA.

Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
