What you'll do:
- Independently lead marketing strategy, campaign execution and analysis for specific advertising verticals, while working closely with the Global team on to go-to-market of Global research and product launches.
- Drive education and consideration for clients Advertisings offering amongst vertical advertisers and their agencies – establishing clients Advertising as the preferred audio platform.
- Act as a key representative to share the Vertical Marketing strategy within the Sales leadership team, contributing to the wider business strategy
- Contribute to various customer advocacy programs for the market, including the development of case studies.
- Adapt marketing collateral for your advertiser segment (e.g. vertical), maintaining consistency with our global story but relevancy through tailored themes, data and insights.
- Support any trade PR activity in conjunction with the local and global PR team, including potential vertical industry conferences.
- Recap all activities and measurement KPIs highlighting insights, successes and learnings to ensure we are making data-driven decisions on future marketing activities.
- Reconcile program, department, and event budgets; ensure proper budget tracking and payments including managing POs, setting up suppliers.
What you will bring:
- You are a customer obsessed marketer with 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a similar B2B marketing role
- You have a strong understanding of the advertising and media landscape with a knack for writing positioning and developing experiential marketing strategy
- You strike a balance between art and science – you're creative and have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and you're also analytical and comfortable digging through data to hone your strategy
- You have experience using Google Slides to craft sales materials, Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- You know how to work autonomously, as part of a small nimble team, and cross-functionally with different departments both locally and internationally
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a similar B2B marketing role.
- Be a customer obsessed marketer.
- Have a strong understanding of the advertising and media landscape.
- Be creative and strike a balance between “art and science.”
- Possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Be analytical and comfortable digging through data to hone your strategy.
- Have a knack for writing positioning and developing experiential marketing strategy.
- Know how to work autonomously, as part of a small nimble team, and cross-functionally with different departments both locally and internationally.
- Writing heavy role, will require a writing sample/ deck.
- Project management skills – large scale market event in May.
HARD SKILLS (Technical & Experience) –
- Strategy: Experience with writing positioning and developing experiential marketing.
- Tools: Proficient with Google Slides, Salesforce (very nice to have), and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (total nice to have) , 3rd party research tools (E-marketer), Asana (not vital)
- Finance: Experience managing budgets, PO's, and supplier setup.
- Measurement: Ability to recap activities and analyze performance KPIs.
