Job Title: Mobile Engineer 2
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Mobile Engineer 2, where you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing facility equipment. You’ll utilize your technical skills to ensure all systems are operating efficiently and safely.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and Control systems.
• Travel between facilities to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
• Oversee facility services, preventative maintenance, and inventory control.
• Maintain HVAC systems by cleaning, inspecting, and calibrating equipment.
• Ensure safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials, maintaining a clean work environment.
• Monitor and evaluate maintenance work performed by external contractors.
Skills Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial building systems maintenance.
• Proficient in analyzing and troubleshooting Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Preferred Skills:
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC.
