Job Summary:
Join our team as a Maintenance & Safety Administrator, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting our client’s maintenance and safety operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth administrative processes and compliance with safety standards.
Core Responsibilities:
• Oversee work requests, preventive maintenance, and scheduling tasks.
• Keep accurate maintenance records, equipment files, and inspection logs.
• Assist with safety documentation, including permits and compliance paperwork.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, performance reports, and training records.
• Support purchasing, inventory management, and invoice processing.
Skills Required:
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with maintenance systems and safety documentation is a plus.
