Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager who will support our team in overseeing day-to-day operations from pre-construction through project completion and warranty periods. Our team values safety, quality, and client satisfaction, and this role is crucial in ensuring these standards are met across multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage construction project safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
- Provide direction in project planning, scheduling, and estimating.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, interfacing with clients for project-related items.
- Oversee project documentation and compliance with company policies and standards.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of relevant project management experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ranging from $100k to $10M.
