Job Title: Product Designer – Specialized 2
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Product Designer – Specialized 2 to join our team in Beaverton, Oregon. Our team focuses on the research and development of innovative products, from conception to retail, to meet the needs of accounts and consumers. The Product Designer – Specialized 2 will play a crucial role in driving ideation and visioning for performance-based products that offer competitive advantages in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product creation teams to develop new product concepts across all business units.
- Utilize research skills and consumer insights to elevate product development through new technologies or construction processes.
- Participate in innovation projects, working with multidisciplinary teams to turn concept ideation into reality.
- Assist in preparing reports and presenting new ideas at the department level.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a product design role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Keynote, and Photoshop.
- Collaborative nature with excellent listening skills and ability to take direction.
- Proactive approach with agility and flexibility to work well with teammates.
