Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager III
Location: Princeton, New Jersey – Hybrid
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager III to lead and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for enterprise-wide consulting categories. Our team focuses on delivering value through data-driven analysis, supplier relationship management, and effective commercial negotiations.
Responsibilities:
- Enable sourcing strategies that align with business needs while meeting financial, operational, risk, quality, and assurance of supply/services objectives.
- Provide strong analytical support to sourcing initiatives, including spend analysis, cost modeling, benchmarking, and scenario analysis.
- Oversee key supplier relationships through supplier performance measurement, governance, and alignment to business objectives.
- Negotiate Master Services Agreements (MSAs), amendments, task orders, statements of work (SOWs), and change orders.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Demonstrated strategic sourcing experience, ideally within Corporate Sourcing, with a strong focus on Consulting and Professional Services categories.
- Proven experience executing consulting sourcing initiatives that result in preferred or strategic supplier partnerships.
- Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel skills for data analysis, cost modeling, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
