Job Title: Case Management Assistant

Job Summary:
Our team is seeking a skilled Case Management Assistant to play a crucial role in verifying, documenting, and coordinating information necessary for processing applications and eligibility operations. We focus on health insurance policy analysis and customer service, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide enrollment assistance and HIPP/Premium Assistance program information over the phone to Medicaid eligible recipients and their family members.
- Verify, document, and investigate the presence of health care coverage for Medicaid recipients and their families.
- Assist in identifying members that may qualify for the HIPP/Premium Assistance program.
- Complete maintenance of active cases during open enrollment and premium review for check processing to support revenue and program growth.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance industry, health care, or government sponsored health insurance including customer service and medical billing knowledge.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working on the phone making inquiries (outbound) and answering calls (inbound).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong communication and customer service skills.
