Job Title: Construction Project Lead – Mid-Level
Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
Our team is seeking a Construction Project Lead – Mid-Level to oversee the coordination and approval of architectural and engineering construction documents. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of specifications for new store projects, ensuring all submissions are reviewed accurately and promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all architectural and engineering drawing submittals and distribute them to external consultants for project review.
- Act as a liaison between landlords, developers, architects, engineers, general contractors, and equipment vendors.
- Train and manage external project review consultants and ensure reviews are completed on time.
- Assist with the execution process for the construction of all new stores and expansion stores, managing a capital budget in excess of $200,000,000.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, architecture, store design, or construction management.
- Extensive knowledge of general construction and retail store planning.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Blue Beam, Adobe, and Lucernex.
