Job Title: Mechanical System Design & Analysis Engineer 3
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking talented engineering professionals to help support the development and documentation of mechanical, fluid, and thermal environment requirements for complex systems. Our team values the ability to drive projects forward by collaborating across groups and optimizing integration throughout test, supplier, and production activities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development, maintenance, and modification of system, component, and installation designs and proposals for documentation purposes.
- Perform and document analysis to validate and verify that systems and components meet established specifications and requirements.
- Contribute to supplier development, test, and production activities while ensuring program goals are achieved and integration is optimized.
- Review, rewrite, and assist with technical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and up-to-date documentation.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and typically five or more years of experience in engineering classification, or Master’s degree with typically three or more years of experience, or PhD with relevant engineering experience.
- At least 1-2 years of engineering experience required.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and provide training to others as needed.
- Experience with technical rating, review, and updating of engineering documentation and policies.
