Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from preconstruction to completion.
- Evaluate bids, manage subcontractor scopes, and negotiate contracts.
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Conduct and lead preconstruction and project meetings.
- Collaborate with superintendents to ensure quality and safety.
Skills Required:
- 8+ years in commercial construction project management.
- Experience with various project types, including healthcare and retail.
- Degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Proficient in construction documents, cost control, and scheduling.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
