Job Title: Advisor Application Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver enterprise-level application design and architectural expertise for complex public sector and healthcare systems. Our team delivers innovative, scalable solutions that drive digital transformation, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance our clients’ critical technology initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect high-availability, scalable, and secure enterprise applications using modern frameworks and cloud platforms within regulated sectors.
- Lead integration efforts, creating robust system interfaces (APIs, REST/SOAP) supporting modernization and legacy system migration.
- Document application and interface designs using UML, BPMN, and system design standards, ensuring requirements traceability and governance.
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders, facilitate architecture reviews, and mentor junior technical staff in best practices.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Strong background in enterprise frameworks such as Java or .NET, with design-level understanding of front-end technologies like Angular or React.
- Demonstrated expertise in database design, ETL, and data integration tools for platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on knowledge of healthcare/public sector systems, including Medicaid/MMIS, HIPAA standards, HL7, X12, FHIR, and regulatory-driven design.
- Experience applying Agile (including SAFe/Scrum), DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git), and security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
