Job Title: GRADS Compliance Specialist
Location: Valley Forge, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to execute key regulatory and pharmacovigilance compliance activities, supporting continuous improvement in quality systems. Our team values detail-driven contributions that enhance compliance, inspection readiness, and effective tracking within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Execute regulatory and pharmacovigilance compliance activities utilizing quality and compliance tracking tools and reports.
- Support investigations and development of corrective and preventive actions for change controls, deviations, audits, and inspections.
- Perform quality review of assigned aggregate reports and maintain oversight of procedural deviations, CAPA, and change control management.
- Collaborate on process improvements and inspection readiness within regulatory and pharmacovigilance functions.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in business, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry environments.
- Ability to apply foundational technical concepts in quality control and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a disciplined and detail-oriented approach to time management.
