Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive team member to support digital quality transformation efforts within a dynamic biopharmaceutical environment. Our team drives enhancements in digital quality systems to ensure compliance, reliability, and successful adoption by global users.
Responsibilities:
- Lead validation activities for digital quality system updates, including planning, execution, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Drive change management for new system capabilities, user adoption, communications, and training.
- Manage multiple projects involving digital quality system enhancements, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to deliver timely, compliant, and high-quality project outcomes.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience with GxP requirements and direct involvement in material and product release processes.
- Hands-on experience with digital quality systems, such as electronic quality management or complaint systems, and quality data integrations.
- Direct involvement with validation testing, change management, and project leadership in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication skills; English and Spanish proficiency preferred for effective collaboration with global teams.
