Job Title: Application Support Manager
Location: Montvale, New Jersey (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive operational excellence in application support and production operations. Our team relies on this position to ensure system reliability, effective incident resolution, and continuous process improvement across a dynamic technology environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations for application support and troubleshooting, ensuring incident tickets are triaged and resolved efficiently.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis as necessary.
  • Collaborate with support analysts, vendors, and internal engineering teams to maintain system stability and manage releases.
  • Implement best practices for incident, problem, and change management, and drive automation and process improvements within the support function.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in application support, production operations, or technical service management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure operations, with hands-on skills in .NET / C#, SQL Server, and Windows-based application environments.
  • Strong communication abilities and prior experience coordinating global or offshore support teams; familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, and Application Insights.
