Job Title: Maintenance Field Planner I
Location: Mont Belvieu , Texas (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to support maintenance planning activities that drive operational efficiency and safety. Our team values precision and collaboration in maintaining robust systems essential to the organization’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Review piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and asset data from capital projects, then enter relevant information into the maintenance management system.
  • Assist in developing thorough job plans, performing field walk-downs to identify required craft resources, materials, and equipment.
  • Break down scopes of work into executable steps, procure required materials and outside services as needed, and enter all steps into a database.
  • Monitor progress of field activities, notify planners when scopes are ready for scheduling, and help track overall compliance and progress in production schedules.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or operations, including exposure to computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially in reviewing documentation and updating data within MS Word, Excel, and similar applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, read and understand technical diagrams and manuals, and prioritize tasks under changing conditions.
  • Physical capability to work indoors and outdoors, handle tools and equipment, perform fieldwork, lift and transport materials up to 75 lbs., and comply with safety standards.
