Job Title: Project Manager
Location: South Bend, Indiana (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee large-scale programs from inception through delivery, guiding cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Manage cross-functional project teams and stakeholders, resolving issues and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track program performance metrics, report on progress, risks, and issues, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in program or project management, demonstrating progression in responsibility and leadership.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs or projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (such as PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall).
