Job Title: Assistant Construction Manager
Location: Englewood, Colorado (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven individual who can contribute to the daily management of construction projects while supporting overall project execution. Our team values collaboration, efficiency, and delivering complex projects safely and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Support project managers and site managers in overseeing safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, and daily field activity.
- Coordinate development and implementation of project plans including execution, quality assurance, safety, and staffing.
- Assist with contract negotiation, procurement processes, and documentation required for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and report project status, risks, schedule, costs, and cash flows to stakeholders and maintain accurate project records.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or applicable construction experience in lieu of degree.
- A minimum of 3 years relevant construction experience, preferably on project sites or managing programs across multiple industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with document control, scheduling, and project management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.
