Job Title: Program Project Manager
Location: Englewood, Colorado (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven professional to deliver excellence in the management of complex construction and engineering initiatives. Our team is focused on driving successful project execution, financial control, and strategic portfolio planning for large-scale capital investment programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute multiple concurrent projects from inception through closeout, covering substation, transmission line, and telecommunication scopes.
- Oversee scheduling and risk management to ensure timely achievement of project deliverables and in-service dates, including navigation of client approval processes.
- Develop and manage multi-year capital expenditure plans, monitoring portfolio composition and supporting business justification through targeted reports and analyses.
- Coordinate construction lifecycles, including outage/construction sequencing, resource allocation, and management of engineering-caliber documentation for all project phases.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant project management experience in the construction industry.
- Minimum of 7 years relevant project management experience, including work on construction project sites or in program management for sectors such as energy, transportation, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, aviation, government, or water.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) and experience with document control, scheduling, and cost control/project management software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and analytical aptitudes, attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
