Job Title: Associate Quality Assurance NS
Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (Onsite)
Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated professionals to support vital quality assurance processes and raw material inspections within a dynamic, cGMP manufacturing environment. Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring high standards and regulatory compliance are maintained throughout all facets of material handling and testing.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect materials such as biobags, tubing, and filters to confirm they meet all inspection-related specification requirements and documented characteristics.
- Remove and process samples from incoming containers to facilitate accurate testing, utilizing RAMAN technology and TruScan equipment for chemical identification.
- Document inspection, sampling, and test results in accordance with written procedures and cGMP guidelines, ensuring completeness and detail.
- Support training and task scheduling for the area, act as a trainer, and contribute to continual improvement and inspection readiness initiatives.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years work experience, or Associate’s degree with 6 months work experience, or Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior industry experience (4–5 years preferred), with significant background in QA and cGMP environments.
- Practical experience handling raw material inspections, sampling, and relevant technologies such as RAMAN for chemical identification.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including safely lifting 125–150 lbs, and demonstrate attention to detail and procedural compliance.
