Job Title: RPA Analyst
Location: Syracuse, New York (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented team member to support the design, development, and delivery of Robotic Process Automation solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. Our team is responsible for bridging process needs with automated technologies to enhance accuracy and capability across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis and support for the Robotic Process Automation team through designing and delivering automated solutions.
- Participate in meetings and workshops to map business processes, define automation requirements, and develop process flows.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy new and enhanced Robotic Process Automations, ensuring documentation and testing activities are completed.
- Work within project constraints, communicate project risks and issues, and contribute to change control activities.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Previous experience with Robotic Process Automation using Power Automate is essential.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Access, and related technical skills.
